Booking

Lessons must be confirmed within 48 hours of being offered, or the slot will be offered to another student – this also applies to rescheduled lessons. Regular times can be arranged directly with the teacher.

Payments

Invoices are sent out via HNRY, or payments can be made in person with cash. Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice, and must be received before the lesson unless special circumstances apply.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation by the student

Please advise ASAP if you will not be attending, we may be able to reschedule your lesson to another day/time.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson rate will be applied at the teacher's discretion for any no-shows or late notice cancellations.

Cancellation by the Teacher

Lessons cancelled/rescheduled by the teacher will be re-arranged at a time mutual to both parties. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible in the event this occurs.

Refunds

Kallysion Voice Studio will not offer a refund on any lessons attended. In special circumstances such as relocation or financial difficulty, a refund of any unfulfilled lessons will be available upon request.

Lesson time cannot always be made up if you are late, and your lesson may have to end at the scheduled time if there are other students booked in after you. If the teacher is running late, you will receive your full lesson time.

Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in with minors under the age of 14, or if deemed necessary by the teacher.

Exceptional Circumstances

The teacher reserves the right to refuse or discontinue lessons with any student for any reason at their discretion.

Rights and Discretion

The teachers of Kallysion Voice Studio hold the rights and discretion to change or amend any of the above Terms and Conditions if deemed necessary or unavoidable.
