KALLYSION VOICE STUDIO POLICY 2026

TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREED TO UPON ENROLLMENT WITH KALLYSION VOICE STUDIO

Lessons & Bookings

  • Lessons must be confirmed within 48 hours of being offered, or the slot will be offered to another student – this also applies to rescheduled lessons. Regular times can be arranged directly with the teacher.
  • Lesson times are secured and sent via Google Calendar, with a reminder 1hr prior. 
    I base my schedule of this, so it is important to understand that if there is a lesson in the calendar, that means it is expected you will show up. 
  • If you cannot attend, please decline the event, or send me a text. 
  • If you cannot use Google Calendar for any reason, please let me know so we can make alternate arrangements. 

Invoices & Payments

  • Invoices are sent out via HNRY, or payments can be made in person with cash. 
  • Payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice, and must be received before the lesson (or invoice date) unless special circumstances apply. 
  • Unarranged late payments may incur a fee at the Studio’s discretion.
  • If you choose to pay casually, the invoice is dated and due for the day of your lesson, with an invoice for the following lesson sending out to you the day after.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Please advise ASAP if you will not be attending, we may be able to reschedule your lesson to another day/time.
    A cancellation fee of 50% of the lesson rate will be applied at the teacher’s discretion for any no-shows or late notice cancellations. 
  • Lessons cancelled/rescheduled by the teacher will be re-arranged at a time mutual to both parties. We will endeavor to give as much notice as possible in the event this occurs.

Kallysion Voice Studio will not offer a refund on any lessons attended. 

  • In special circumstances such as relocation or financial difficulty, a refund of any unfulfilled lessons will be available upon request.
  • Lesson time cannot always be made up if you are late, and your lesson may have to end at the scheduled time if there are other students booked in after you. 
  • If the teacher is running late, you will receive your full lesson time.

General Terms

  • Parents/guardians are welcome to sit in with minors under the age of 14, or if deemed necessary by the teacher. 
    (Although this is not preferred as children tend to get distracted.)  
  • Insufficient progress often indicates insufficient practice. A student’s advancement is shaped by committed practice, rather than solely by attending lessons.
  • Students are encouraged to practice a minimum of 1hr per week outside of lessons (15min per day is sufficient.)
  • Practice assignments will be provided after each lesson.
  • The teacher reserves the right to refuse or discontinue lessons with any student for any reason at their discretion.

By engaging in lessons with Kallysion Voice Studio, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These policies are subject to change with reasonable notice.
